ZEBRA LOVE

Whether I'm shopping for clothing, home decor or decorating my office, zebra stripes seem to be present. I love zebra stripes and a little of it goes a long way. Here are a few items I've recently seen that work well with the zebra design.

 I recently purchased this zebra rug for my office; it has a beautiful shape and has a nice visual appeal that compliments my office decor.

OUR NEW OFFICE SPACE

Just last week we moved the office of Kelley Moore Creative Media into the loft of a historical building in Seattle's SoDo (short for South of downtown) district and I'm beginning to feel at home. It's a well preserved wood building that dates back to 1907 and was originally a factory that produced saw blades and widgets.

It's a beautiful space with exposed wood, high ceilings and large windows that face west. We've dusted, cleaned and are busy decorating with antique pieces, drapery and modern white desks mixed with colorful lamps and found objects. My office is becoming a creative haven with high-back wicker upholstered chairs, a gilded mirror hanging from a wooden beam and pictures of images that inspire me. We're still in the process of decorating so be sure to check back and see what the finished product looks like.  Off to work..

Who would have thought….? These virtually invisible heel caps keep every bride, bridesmaid and guest from sinking in the grass or messing up their heels in gravel. So spend less money on repairs and less time practicing how to walk on your toes and buy a pair of these solemates! How fantastic is this mirror installation by Swarovski? I'm so inspired by the way they've used technology to create an amazing piece of art. Who knew mirrors could be so spectacular? I wish we could install this in our new office lobby! Gorgeous.
