In celebration of summer and So Much Moore, my friend, the amazingly talented Jennifer Shea of Trophy Cupcakes, has created an incredible new cupcake - Lemon Meringue. The Lemon Marshmallow Meringue cupcakes look absolutely delicious. Can you tell me if the meringue is
the traditional with egg whites? If so, does torching them cook them enough to be safe?
