BUBBLES

...and I don't mean in the tub.  One of my favorite things to greet people with at the door is a glass of bubbly.  Whether it is Prosecco (Italian) or Champagne (French), it always seems to signify a celebration. 

Sometimes at the end of a day I wish I could press a button like this one, and have a glass of bubbly appear in my hand.  

I love this twist on serving champagne - it turns my favorite drink into my second favorite thing, dessert.

Just place your favorite fruit Popsicle into any glass and top it off with a little bit of bubbly.  Two fun ways to enjoy these guys… 1.) Dip Popsicle in the champagne and eat the Popsicle like you did as a kid, or, 2.) Let the Popsicle completely melt into the champagne and drink your fruity infused champagne.  Just remember you don't need top shelf bubbly for this cocktail.  

Trust me this will make you feel like a kid again!
